Will I remember what happens in my session?
Yes! During your hypnosis session you will be in a relaxed state but you will still be completely conscious and in control the entire time.
Is Hypnotherapy as effective over Zoom?
Yes! Hypnotherapy is just as effective over zoom as in person. I believe it can be even more effective over zoom as you are in the comfort of your own home which allows you to be more relaxed.
What happens during a hypnotherapy session?
Your session will begin with a discussion on the issue you want to work with and your goal for the session. I will then guide you into a relaxed state using my voice. Once relaxed I will begin using techniques to help you resolve the issue you are seeking help with. Once I believe we have made the desired progress I will bring you out of the relaxed state and we can discuss the session. It’s important to remember that you will be in control throughout the entire session and you will remember everything. All hypnosis is self hypnosis - this means you will only take in what you wish to take in and I can not control you in any way. Will i do or tell you anything that I don't want to?
No absolutely not! Whenever in a relaxed state or "trance" you may drift up and down in levels of relaxation but you will be in complete control the entire time. During any hypnosis session you will have the ability to; have your own independent thoughts, open your eyes, move, talk freely, hold back information that you do not wish to share. Being in control during a session is completely normal and does not mean that hypnosis is not working for you.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different and depending on what/how much you are trying to achieve will depend on the ideal amount of sessions. Most client achieve their goal within 2- 5 sessions. However powerful changes can take place with a single session.
What is Past Life Regression?
Have you ever felt unexplainably drawn to a certain place, culture? Do you have an unexplainable fear or talent? This could be linked to a past life. Past life regression sessions allow you to explore past lives to better understand your current life purpose. These sessions often bring a deeper understanding of self and feelings of peace.
Another way to think of past life regression sessions is to think of it as the brains way of giving you a message that is important to your current life.
The focus is not to verify who you were in a past life but to understand the message that is being given to you.
